Dates and Location
The
East Torrance Board of Supervisors meets at 3:00 p.m. on the
second Wednesday of each month at the USDA building, 715 South
5th Street, Estancia, New Mexico. The Board reviews the District's
Annual Work Plan, addressing the District's objectives, at each
Board meeting. The Board encourages landowner attendance and
participation in the meetings.

The East Torrance Soil and Water Conservation District Annual
